DFVDT came forward in 2017 to replace existing mercury streetlights and instead install LED streetlights which would result in reducing the monthly electricity bills by 60% for the village Panchayat. Further, in 2021 centralized lighting was installed on the main village road with joint efforts of the Panchayat, to ensure further energy conversation and also enhancing safety.
In 2018 at the request of the Police Department, DFVDT installed CC Cameras at strategic locations in Domakonda village for the safety and security of the community. Public Toilets were constructed by DFVDT at the village Bus Stop in 2019, specially keeping in mind women and girl passengers. Similarly, in 2023 at the venue of the weekly village market, keeping in mind the requirement of vendors from Domakonda as well as nearby villages, DFVDT contributed towards constructing Public Toilets.
DFVDT donated ‘Vaikuntha Ratham’ in the year 2020 to the Panchayat for carrying the dead on their final journey before cremation or burial. At the request of the District Administration in 2022 DFVDT contributed towards the construction of MAHAPRASTHANAM at Domakonda as a model crematorium for Kamareddy district.
With permission from the Irrigation Department, work was taken up and completed at Kudicheruvu, a lake in Domakonda, for its beautification and constructing a platform and steps.
